The course consist of 203 hours programmed Internet Distance Learning and Computer Based Multimedia Training. Then 21 hours Classroom repetition followed by 6 hours school exams.
The NEAR JAR-FCL CPL-A Theory course consist of these subjects:

- Aircraft General Knowledge
- Flight Performance and Planning
- Human Performance and Limitations
- Meteorology
- Navigation
- Operational Procedures
- Principles of flight
- Communications
Included in the course price are all books, CBT, Internet Distance Learning system and classroom tutoring.
