The seminar will cover all areas of the Madrid System, the primary international system for the registration of trademarks. Topics will include business perspectives on the strategic and practical use of the system. We will also present issues of current interest from the viewpoint of WIPO, the organization responsible for administering the system. We welcome businesses, attorneys and other stakeholders from all the Nordic countries to hear and share experiences on the Madrid System. The Norwegian Bar Association (Advokatforeningen) approves the seminar as further education for Norwegian attorneys.
