PRINCE2 Foundation Course

This level provides enough information for all those involved in PRINCE2 to understand their role and responsibilities. It also gives a good understanding of  PRRINCE2 processes, themes, techniques and the relationship between these.

This is three day overview, delivered as a classroom event and is designed for people who require a general level of PRINCE2 understanding. A practical project scenario will be used to field-test specific PRINCE2 principles and techniques. The sequence of the training session follows the "natural course" of a project.

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

• Understand the elementary principles of PRINCE2: Processes, Themes and Techniques

• Understand the purpose and responsibilities of all PRINCE2 roles

• Be able to apply into practice PRINCE2 principles

• Sit the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam.
