Kurs: CSPO for Scrum Master

This hands-on, interactive one-day course will teach you:

* Core skills to assume the responsibility of Product Owner with confidence
* How to be an effective Product Owner
* How to work with the Product Backlog (PB)
* How to create useful requirements (PB Items) framed as User-Stories
* How to assure that business value is defined and used
* Agile Release planning and Tracking

Upon successful completion of this course, each participant will be enrolled as a Certified Product Owner, which includes a one-year Scrum Alliance membership, where additional ScrumMaster and Product Owner material and information is available. Attendees will receive training materials and electronic copies of presentations, videos, and materials produced during the course.

Audience
Product Owners, managers or anyone interested in Agile planning andestimating techniques. Participants must be Certified Scrum Masters (CSM) and have a good understadning of the core Scrum principles and methods. Some prior reading is recommended. We will send information to all participants in advance.

The courses starts at 09:00 and ends at 17:00.

Our instructor:
Kurt Nielsens specialties are managing and coaching people, projects and companies as well as participating in advanced software designs. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Practitioner and Trainer, a teacher in Scrum, AgilePractices, System Design and Development. His goal is to provide honest answers and solutions to honest questions (borrowed from Francis Schaeffer).
Kurt has managed software companies and been project manager and Scrum Master in large scale projects. Throughout he is committed too the whole agile and lean movement, he is an efficient presenter, teacher and coach in agile practices, that does not leave his students unchanged.
