This hands-on, interactive two-day course will teach you:

• How to be an effective Product Owner
• Write User-Stories (Agile requirements)
• How to manage an Agile product throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Agile Release planning and Tracking

Upon successful completion of this course, each participant will be enrolled as a Certified Product Owner, which includes a one-year Scrum Alliance membership, where additional ScrumMaster and Product Owner material and information is available. Attendees will receive a bound copy of the training materials.

Audience
Product Owners, managers or anyone interested in Agile planning and estimating techniques. No prior knowledge of Scrum or Agile methods is required although some prior reading is recommended. We will send information to all participants in advance.

The courses starts at 09:00 and ends at 18:00.
On the second day it start at 8:30 and ends at 17:00.

Our instructor
Boris Gloger has been using Scrum since 2003 in various international projects. Boris was the first Certified ScrumTrainer in Europe. Since 2004 he has trained more than 2500 people and has implemented Scrum in companies in Germany, Austria, South Africa and Brazil. You will learn about Scrum based on facts and experience from a real Scrum practitioner.
