The Fire Protection Act regulations and HSE legislation requires that both owners and users of buildings must have sufficient knowledge of fire safety. It is the employers responsibility to document that employees have the necessary training.
This is a basic fire protection course for all businesses that are required to hold fire protection training. This applies, for example, to nurseries, nursing homes, schools, treatment facilities and shopping centres.

The course can be viewed on a PC, smartphone or tablet as long as the device is connected to the internet. This course is built up into modules with film, text and pictures. After completing the course there is a final test that one must pass in order to be issued the course certificate. It is possible to re-take the test several times if you do not pass on your first attempt.
