Kurt har lang erfaring med ledelse og coaching. Kurt har ledet software selskaper og jobbet som prosjektleder og Scrum master i store prosjekter. Han kombinerer den kommersielle, tekniske og menneskelige vinkling for å oppnå en maksimal forretningsverdi for prosjektene.
