This course covers core principles, methods, and practices related to the engineering, operations, and management of complex engineering systems and facilities. It incorporates multidisciplinary components inclusive of asset management concepts and principles that provide a safe and a productive foundation to manage modern engineering assets both in public and private sectors. The course also provides a detailed insight into the principles and applications of the new ISO standards on Asset management (PAS 55 and ISO 55000 series). Many industrial cases will be discussed to provide practical insights into the real use of principles, concepts, and methods.
