Once this planning phase is complete, you will learn how to configure your Microsoft 365 tenant, including your organizational profile, tenant subscription options, component services, user accounts and licenses, and security groups. Finally, you will learn how to manage your tenant, which includes the configuration of tenant roles and managing your tenant health and services. With your Microsoft 365 tenant now firmly in place, you will examine the key components of Office 365 management. This begins with an overview of Office 365 product functionality, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, additional product resources, and device management. You will then transition to configuring Office 365, with a primary focus on configuring Office client connectivity to Office 365. Finally, you will examine how to manage Office 365 ProPlus deployments, from user-driven client installations to centralized Office 365 ProPlus deployments. You will wrap up this section by learning how to configure Office Telemetry and Microsoft Analytics. The course concludes with an in-depth examination of Microsoft 365 identity synchronization, with a focus on Azure Active Directory Connect. You will learn how to plan for and implement Azure AD Connect, how to manage synchronized identities, and how to implement password management in Microsoft 365 using multi-factor authentication and self-service password management. Merk at følgende gjelder:-alle lokasjoner + nett har vg1 på dagtid, men vg2/vg3 er på kveldstid.  Digital læringsportal og Office 365 Deltakere på campus og nettundervisning får tilgang til office 365 online (inneholder blant annet mail, word, excel, powerpoint og teams). Deltakere som tar utdanningen via nettstudier får du tilgang til K2s digitale læringsportal.   Eksamen Som deltaker ved K2 er du privatist og tar eksamen i tre programfag og en tverrfaglig på både vg1 og vg2. I tillegg tar du teorieeksamen i lærefaget (praksiskandidat). Eksamen arrangeres 2 ganger pr år og oppmeldingsfristene er normalt 15. september og 1.februar. Husk at betaling av eksamensavgiften skjer ved oppmelding.  Hva må til for å få fagbrev Du må ha bestått teorieksamen for å kunne ta den praktiske fagprøven. I tillegg må du dokumentere min 5 års relevant arbeidspraksis. Dersom du har fellesfag og godkjent YFF, kan du ved å avlegge privatisteksamen i programfag på vg1 og vg2 kunne få godskrevet til sammen 2 år.  Det er Eksamenskontoret eller Fagopplæringen i ditt fylke som godkjenner praksis og som arrangerer fagprøven.  Lånekassestøtte Utdanningen er godkjent i lånekassen. Du søker direkte via lanekassen.no. Alt du må vite om lån og stipend fra Lånekassen som deltaker hos K2 utdanning Støtteordning Er du organisert i en fagforening, kan du i de fleste fagforeningene søke støtte til utdanning. Dersom du er organisert bør du sjekke med din fagforening om muligheter for støtte, frister og hvordan du søker. Forkunnskaper Du må ha fullført grunnskole eller tilsvarende opplæring. Minoritetsspråklige bør ha minimum B1-nivå i norsk muntlig og skriftlig. Dersom du har behov for å lære mere norsk før du starter på utdanning har vi norskkurs på forskjellig nivå (A1-B2). I samarbeid med Norges bygg- og eiendomsforening   På kurset gjennomgås de sentrale problemstillingene ved gjennomføring av utførelsesentrepriser, så som Kontraktens oppbygning. Tolknings- og motstridsregler for å fastlegge innholdet i fastprisarbeidet Endringer og varslingsprosedyrer Krav om fristforlengelse Overtakelse av byggeobjektet. Sluttoppgjør Mangler og forsinkelse ved entreprenørens arbeider Reklamasjon og foreldelse På kurset vil blant annet følgende nyere dommer fra Høyesterett bli gjennomgått: HR-2020-1120 Kystverket Tvisten gjaldt utstrekningen av det såkalte kontraktsmedhjelperansvaret. Spørsmålet var om en hovedentreprenør svarte for skade som en underentreprenør forvoldte på et sjømerke som Kystverket (byggherren) eide. HR-2020-228 Sluttoppstilling Saken gjaldt innsigelser en hovedentreprenør hadde mot underentreprenørens sluttoppstiling. Spørsmålet var om bemerkningene til sluttoppstillingen fylte kravet til innsigelser etter standarden. HR-2020-2254 Rambøll Saken gjaldt blant annet spørsmålet om hva som ligger i begrepet «uten ugrunnet opphold». Dessuten ble alminnelige passivitets-betraktninger anvendt på en sent framsatt innsigelse. Siktemålet med kurset er å formidle kunnskap om de sentrale spillereglene for gjennomføring av utførelsesentrepriser slik disse har kommet til uttrykk i NS 8405:2008 og NS 8406:2009. Det vil bli særlig lagt vekt på at kursdeltakerne skal få en forståelse av hvordan reglene virker i praksis. Kurset er dermed ment å gi et solid grunnlag for å ta gode og riktige valg under behandling av de problemstillingene som oppstår i en byggeprosess.   Forelesere: Lasse SimonsenProfessor DR Juris, Universitetet i Oslo Lasse er professor ved Det juridiske fakultet i Oslo. Han ble i sin tid stipendiat i Oslo i 1991, og tok sin doktorgrad i 1997 med avhandlingen «Prekontraktuelt ansvar», hvor blant annet de anbudsrettslige problemstillingene står sentralt. Før Lasse Simonsen begynte på universitetet var han i flere år direktør for juridisk avdeling ved Statens bygge- og eiendomsdirektorat (nå Statsbygg). I denne perioden sto han sentralt under fremforhandlingene og utarbeidelsen av en rekke norske standarder, blant annet NS 3430 og NS 3431. Før tiden i direktoratet praktiserte Lasse Simonsen noen år som advokat, og var dommerfullmektig i to år.   Arne ScottSelskapsadvokat, Norconsult AS Arne er selskapsadvokat i Norconsult. Han har vært partner i advokatfirmaene Pacta og Kluge, medlem av ledergruppen i utbyggingsprosjektet for Telenors nybygg på Fornebu, leder av juridisk avdeling i Statsbygg og advokatfullmektig i advokatfirma BA-HR. Scott var sentral ved forhandlingene av prosjekterings- og rådgivningsstandardene; NS 8401 og NS 8402, og Norsk bygge- og anleggskontrakt; NS 8405. Scott har bred og omfattende erfaring fra foredragsvirksomhet. [-]
