Oversikt over relevante kurs innen Elsikkerhet i Malvik

Målsetting: Forebygge at personell som arbeider nær ved elektriske anlegg og betjener elektrisk utstyr ikke blir utsatt for ulykker som er forårsaket av kortslutning (lysbue) eller strømgjennomgang i et lavspenningsanlegg. Deltakerne vil også få opplæring i hvordan man skal opptre hvis en kommer opp i en ulykke forårsaket av elektrisk strøm, samt teoretisk opplæring i førstehjelp (HLR). Kurset er i henhold til: Kurset tilfredsstiller myndighetenes krav iht. FSE-forskriftens §§ 2 og 3 og DSB`s Elsikkerhet nr. 73 og 84 for ikke sakkyndig personell som skal arbeide med enkle driftsoppgaver. Årlig repetisjon er et myndighetskrav, ref. FSE-forskriften § 7.   Læremål: Etter gjennomført kurs skal deltakerne ha en bevisst holdning til elsikkerhet, slik at antall personskader og skader på materiell pga. elektrisk strøm blir redusert. FSE opplæring skal gi kunnskap om regelverk og instruksjoner, enkle vedlikeholdsoppgaver, hvordan betjene et elektrisk anlegg med blant annet sikringer og motorvern, risikovurdering og planlegging, jordfeilproblematikk og faremomenter, bruk av måleinstrumenter, bruk av verneutstyr og til slutt melding om ulykker og opplæring i førstehjelp ved strømulykker. The course meets the requirements set in § 7 of the ""Safety Regulations for Work and Operation of Electrical Equipment and Installations- FSE"", that relevant personnel shall be given annual training and instruction in FSE. The course also provides the necessary training and instruction in first aid, focusing on electrical injuries, with the exception of the mandatory practical training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The regulations of various authorities make FSE applicable to all those working with electricity, whether on board ship, on platforms or on land. This course is suitable for all, regardless of which industry you work in.   The authorities require that training in FSE and first aid in the event of electrical accidents is undertaken at least once a year. No more than 12 months shall elapse between training courses. The fast track version of the FSE course starts with a pre-test which checks the participant's knowledge of FSE. Depending on the answers given, the participant will get a course that is tailored to the level of knowledge revealed in the pre-test. The fast track version of the course is suitable for all but is particularly practical for those undertaking refresher training in FSE.   Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. FSE Low voltage Quick Qualify with First aid - not including CPR practice. This course covers all topics detailed in the FSE-regulation concerning work in and by low voltage installations offshore. FSE Quick Qualify (QQ) low voltage offshore is a new way to assess the candidate’s skills in areas covered by the FSE regulation, and tailor the course specifically for each candidate. Instead of a 3–4-hour course, it can be done in 1,5-3 hours, depending on the candidate’s skills. The course covers all topics detailed in the FSE regulation concerning work in and nearby low voltage installations offshore.The course and assessment also cover safety philosophy, various injuries caused by electricity and recommended treatment, as well as personal protective equipment. Gjennomgangen tilpasses relevante problemstillinger for den enkelte virksomheten og den enkelte ansattes funksjon (leder for sikkerhet/ansvarlig for arbeidet eller leder for kobling). Den omfatter og bedriftsinterne instrukser, prosedyrer og retningslinjer når slike foreligger. Gjennomgangen omfatter instruksjon og praktisk øvelse i bruk av relevant utstyr. Nødvendig førstehjelpsberedskap innebærer at personellet også må gis årlig opplæring i førstehjelp og spesialopplæring i førstehjelp ved ulykker forårsaket av elektrisk strøm. Dessuten må det personellet som arbeider i luftledningsanlegg, være øvet i nedfiring av nødstedt person i mast. Slik øving skal gjennomføres minst en gang årlig. This course satisfies the requirement set out in Section 7 of the Regulations relating to safety when working in and operating electrical installations – FSE, in order for relevant personnel to be given annual training and instruction within the FSE. The course contains all first aid theory with a focus on electrical injury as dictated by the regulations. Designing a course specifically based on your feedback to our questions, this course is the most efficient training available. In addition to filling in any gaps in FSE competence, some key areas must be repeated every year. At the end you must perform an end-assessment. You will be tested in all subjects covered by the FSE regulation. If your score is less than 70% you may also take the entire course by clicking arrow-back. FSE Quick Qualify (QQ) high and low voltage is a new way to assess the candidate’s skills in areas covered by the FSE regulation, and tailor the course specifically for each candidate. Flere forsikringsselskaper gir rabatter på premien til forsikringskunder som jevnlig gjennomfører elkontroll av sertifisert personell og utbedrer eventuelle avvik som rapporteres. Kompetansemål etter NEK 405-3 (Elkontroll Næring) Kontrollør må sammen med oppdragsgiver kunne sette referansenivå og mål for el-kontroll. Kontrollør skal inneha kompetanse og se forskjellen på de ulike nettsystemene. Kontrollør skal kunne vurdere jordingsanlegget og utjevningsledere. Kontrollør skal ha kjennskap til tavlenormen og dens krav, og kunne vurdere sakkyndig og usakkyndig betjening. Kontrollør må kjenne kravene til beskyttelse mot elektrisk sjokk ved normal drift og ved feil. Kontrollør må kunne bruke enkle måleinstrumenter og kunne tolke måleresultatene Forskrift/norm FEL/NEK400 og FEB-91 skal være kjent. Avviksrapport skal henvise til detaljer i regelverket.
