Alle som kjører minibuss, buss, lastebil eller vogntog mot vederlag, må ta etterutdanningen for å inneha førerrett som yrkesjåfør. De som kun kjører de aktuelle kjøretøyene privat, eller kun kjører i forbindelse med annet yrke (mekanikere, håndverkere, pleiepersonell etc.) behøver ikke ta etterutdanningen.   Etterutdanningen består av totalt 35 timer, fordelt på 5 dager av 7 undervisningstimer.   Etterutdanningen skal være en arena for erfaringsdeling og meningsutveksling for å sikre kompetanseheving innenfor transportbransjen. Transportkompetanse Haugesund AS er en av norges største leverandører på etter- og videreutdanningen for yrkessjåfører. Vi skal pr. dags dato gjennomføre kurs på ca. 17.500 yrkessjåfører i Norge. Du som yrkessjåfør er en viktig ressursperson, og gjennom din kunnskap og erfaring bidrar du til at vi får en trygg og sikker transport på norske veier. I 2008 ble det innført yrkessjåførutdanning i hele Europa. Dette medfører at alle yrkessjåfører må gjennomgå en etterutdanning hvert 5. år for å opprettholde rettighetene til å være yrkessjåfør. The course consist of 203 hours programmed Internet Distance Learning and Computer Based Multimedia Training. Then 21 hours Classroom repetition followed by 6 hours school exams.   The NEAR JAR-FCL CPL-A Theory course consist of these subjects: Air Law Aircraft General Knowledge Flight Performance and Planning Human Performance and Limitations Meteorology Navigation Operational Procedures Principles of flight Communications Included in the course price are all books, CBT, Internet Distance Learning system and classroom tutoring. The course consist of 200 hours programmed Internet Distance Learning and Computer Based Multimedia Training. Then 13 hours Classroom repetition followed by 8:45 hours school exams.     The NEAR JAR-FCL IR-A Theory course consist of these subjects: Air Law / Opeartional procedures Aircraft General Knowledge Meteorology Navigation Flight Performance and Planning Human Performance and Limitations Communications Included in the course price are all books, CBT, Internet Distance Learning system and classroom tutoring. The PPL-A theory is completed as Distance Learning via Internet. You study according to a detailed online studyguide, interact with tutors and other students on the Internet. And do progression tests online.     The NEAR JAR-FCL PPL-A Theory course consist of these subjects: Air Law and ATC procedures Aircraft General Knowledge Flight Performance and Limitations Human Performance and Limitations Meteorology Navigation Operational Procedures Principles of Flight Communication The course price includes all books, tutoring and access to the Internet Distance Learning System. For candidates choosing the modular education the CPL program is the next step after completing PPL and CPL theory. The training will be done in Single engine aircraft and in simulator at Vigra. You can also combine the CPL flight training with training for the Multi Engine Piston Rating.     The CPL-A flying training course consist of: Block A, 5 airplane lessons + briefings 7 hours Block B, 4 airplane lessons + briefings 12 hours Block C, 7 airplane or simulator lessons + block briefing 12 hours [-]

Complete all training according to JAR-FCL at NEAR Ålesund, Vigra.     The PPL-A flying training course consist of: Single Engine Aircraft flight training 40 hours                  FNPT Flight simulator training 5 hours  Long Briefings 8 hours Solo Flying (of the 40 SEP) 10 hours  [-]

NEAR have two simulators including one state of the art FNPT-II, these are utilised to the fullest extent on the IR-A course and we are therefore able to offer cost effective quality training.     The IR-A flying training course consist of: 26 lessons Simulator training + 20 hours briefings 60 hours 9 airplane lessons (15 hours) + briefings 20 hours [-]

NEAR have for many years offered CRM training for JAR-OPS operators. We have courses for both Initial and Recurrent CRM and we can hold them at NEAR Vigra or at a location of your choice.     We have experience being the provider of all required training for JAR-OPS Operators and can also offer: Document Training Dangerous Goods Training Emergency / Evacuation Wet Drill [-]

The HPA course is aimed at holders of PPL or CPL that seek to be Type Qualified on High Performance Aeroplanes.The course is an requirement in JAR-FCL before attending a Type Rating Course for a High Performance Single Pilot Aeroplane. Examples of such HPA SP aeroplanes are: Socata TBM700, Beech BE90/99/100/200/1900, Cessna F406/441, Mitsubishi MU2, Piper PA 46. Cessna C525.  The NEAR HPA Course:The course is held over a period of two days ending with the theoretical knowledge examination.Classroom tutoring   Total      12 hrs Written exam              Total        2 hrs Course total training 14 hrs  Course availability: Will be scheduled in conjunction with TR BE200 course or on request.    [-]

For holders of a MEP or SEP IR rating we offer simulator refresher training before you attempt the Profiency Check. The PC must be done in an aircraft with an approved examiner.  For JAR-OPS operators we offer training in the BE200 FNPT-II simulator for emergency and normal procedures that are dangerous or impossible to practice in the aircraft. This simulatortraining can be combined with the OPC that will be done in the operators own BE200 aircraft. [-]

According to JAR-FCL 1.315: All Instructor ratings are valid for 3 years.
