FSE Low voltage with First aid - not including CPR practice. This course covers all topics detailed in the FSE-regulation concerning work in and by low voltage installations offshore. In addition, we'll go through safety philosophy, various injuries caused by electricity and correct treatment as well as personal protective equipment. Pro Vestland Opplæringskontor startar opp teorikurs for Produksjonsteknikkfaget vg3.  Dette er eit kurs som passar for dei som ikkje har riktig bakgrunn frå vidaregåande opplæring. For å kunne gå opp til fagprøve må du ha bestått teorieksamen i produksjonsteknikkfaget, 3102 eksamen.  Fullført opplæring med bestått resultat fører fram til fagbrev i produksjonsteknikkfaget. Opplæringen skal også gi deltakerne kunnskap om krav til dokumentasjon som skal forefinnes på løfteutstyret.   Kursinnhold: Gjennomgang av roller og ansvar Krav til sakkyndig virksomhet Sakkyndig kontroll Oppfølging etter kontroll Krav til dokumentasjon Vedlikehold / PM-rutiner Modifikasjon/ reparasjon Gjennomgang av ståltau Oppbevaring av løst løfteutstyr Øvelsesoppgaver Prøve   Teknisk ansvarlig skal: Ivareta teknisk tilstand for løfteutstyr Sørge for at nødvendig vedlikeholdsprogram blir etablert, implementert, utført og vedlikeholdt etter produsentens instruksjoner og erfaringer med denne typen utstyr Sørge for at nødvendig sakkyndig kontroll blir utført og fulgt opp Sikre at eventuelle kompenserende tiltak, pålegg og bruksbegrensinger blir iverksatt Sørge for at nødvendig dokumentasjon for løfteutstyr er tilgjengelig Sikre at operatøren får tilgang til rapporter fra sakkyndig kontroll og dermed blir klar over avvik, pålegg og tidsfrister Vurdere behov for og anbefale fornyelse og modifikasjoner av løfteutstyr i samråd med brukere, Sørge for at standardens krav til oppbevaring av løst løfteutstyr blir oppfylt   Foreleser: Endre J.
