Dette danner et godt grunnlag for å lære om branding og merkevareutvidelse. Utdanningen består av følgende emner: Trender og livsstil  Merkevareutvidelse og tilpasning   Merkevarekommunikasjon   Profesjonalisering  Gjennom studiet vil du tilegne deg en god forståelse for bruk av sosiale medier og ulike kommunikasjonsplattformer, og hvordan du forfatter selgende tekster som engasjerer målgruppen. I tillegg vil du få en innføring i generelle prinsipper for foto- og bildebruk, samt for layout til ulike flater. Videre vil du lære å utarbeide presentasjoner og innsalgsmateriell for dine ideer, samt hvordan du planlegger og gjennomfører digitale kampanjer, og måler effekten av disse. ESMOD Oslo har et omfattende kontaktnett innen motebransjen, både nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Dette nettverket benyttes aktivt i utdanningen gjennom gjestelærere, sensorer/jurymedlemmer, bedriftsbesøk og prosjektoppgaver. Med kunnskapen og ferdighetene du sitter igjen med etter endt utdanning, vil du kunne definere en aktørs kommunikasjonsbehov og finne innovative løsninger på morgendagens markedsutfordringer. Du vil ha en inngående forståelse av mote- og livsstilindustrien, og hvilken rolle enhver profesjonell aktivitet har i merkevarekommunikasjonen. Studiet het tidligere Kontor- og administrasjonsfaget. Du kan gjennomføre studiet uansett hvor du bor og ta det samtidig som du er i full jobb. Du kan starte når du vil og ta kursene samlet eller hver for seg. Studiet består av tre kurs som tilsammen forbereder til en skriftlig teorieksamen, SOA3103. Studiet følger læreplan SOA03-01. Arbeidsoppgaver Service- og administrasjonsmedarbeidere kan du ha svært ulike arbeidsoppgaver avhengig av hvilken bedrift de jobber i. I all hovedsak dreier det seg om service, kundebehandling og kontoradministrative oppgaver. Det er nødvendig med gode datakunnskaper, og kunnskap om de regelverk som gjelder for arbeidsgiver. Dette kan variere mye fra bransje til bransje. Arbeidsoppgavene omfatter blant annet: besvare epost og telefoner håndtere post service, kundebehandling og brukerstøtte enkel saksbehandling regnskaps- og lønnsarbeid prosjektarbeid planlegge arrangementer, kurs og konferanser registrere timelister, fakturaer og lignende Jobbmuligheter for Service- og administrasjonsmedarbeidere Service- og administrasjonsmedarbeidere jobber både i offentlige og private virksomheter som har behov for å få utføre kontorarbeid og administrative oppgaver. De kan også være ansatt i service- og informasjonssentre, eller bedrifter som leier ut slike tjenester. [-]
