Due to the increasing number of foreign workers in Norway, we are now offering the mandatory HSE courses in English. E-learning We've got many years experience in educating Managers through online courses. The course is conducted online, in front of your computer. Depending on your current knowledge, the course takes from 1 to 3 hours to complete. The Working Environment Act § 3-5 impose the employer´s obligation to undergo training in health, environment and safety work. The obligation is personal and can not be delegated. This course will give a basic introduction to the laws and is based on The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authorities (Arbeidstilsynet) guidelines for employers obligation to undergo training in health, environment and safety work.  The course relates to all requirements set forth by The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authorities (Arbeidstilsynet). The course has two parts: Theory We've organized the laws and regulations neatly and transtlated the important parts to English. First step is to read through the course material. This e-learning course is fully compliant with the requirements set by Norwegian Law imposed by the Working Environment Act § 3-5. This requirement cannot be delegated.    The purpose of this course is to provide you with the necessary understanding of what health, safety, and environment work involve, and the importance of working systematically with HSE.   The course follows the same structure as a classroom HSE course but instead of an in-person training, this course is web-based. It contains text, images, videos, quizzes and reflection questions in order to be both educational and engaging.   Print your course certificate after completion. The course will be available for 12 months after the date of purchase. The course only requires you to have a computer with internet access.  Requirements for prior knowledge  No prior knowledge is required to participate in this course.
