Dette kurset tilbys som bedriftsinternt kurs   Fra mars 2020 til oktober 2020 økte antall daglige teams-brukere på verdensbasis fra 44 millioner til 115 millioner. Dette er en enorm økning og for mange innebar det å bli kastet inn i noe nytt uten opplæring. Det som egentlig skulle gjøre arbeidsdagen lettere, lagde flere utfordringer.  Appen er brukervennlig og fungerer sømløst med de andre verktøyene i Microsoft 365, men appen vokser ettersom behovene endrer seg, og med 115 millioner brukere er behovene også mange.
