Han har jobbet som utvikler, ledet en uavhengig test gruppe innenfor et programvarehus og har jobbet 10 år i  UK-baserte Grove Consultants som konsulent/partner. I 2011 startet han eget konsulentselskap med software testing som spesialfelt.
