Utnytte databaseverktøyet i en klient/tjener -arkitektur. Se på forholdet database - applikasjon. Lagring av ulike typer data; tekst, XML (semi-strukturelle data), dato/tid (temporale data). Enkel bruk av NoSQL-løsning.
