A5.1 Innføring i forbedringsledelse  Dette kurset gir en introduksjon der du lærer hvordan din bedrift kan gå frem for å skape de rette betingelsene for å lykkes med forbedringsreisen.  Kursdag 1  Du skal gjennom dagen lære om behovet for endring og forbedringer. Vi skal hilse på noen av de sentrale guruene innen kvalitetsfaget og se hvordan de har påvirket metodikkene som fortsatt er populære. Vi skal starte å se på sløsing og variasjoner og hvordan du skaper struktur og kultur for forbedring og en oversikt over ulike forbedringsmetoder. Kursdag 2  Dag 2 går vi dypere inn i forbedringsprosessen og du får med deg kunnskap om 12 nyttige forbedringsverktøy sammen med gode maler for å kunne jobbe videre med dette i egen virksomhet.   For dere som forholder dere til LEAN belter, så tilsvarer dette kurset hvit og gult belte.    Kursleder er Sidsel Storaas, se gjerne egen omtale om Sidsel på KRN Academy, www.qrn.no Vi som underviser hos KRN er personer med et sterkt engasjement for det vi underviser i, og det merkes når du er på kurs. Målsetningen med kurset:   å trygge bedriftens vurderinger, hjelpe til med god og riktig kommunikasjon, bidra til legitime prosesser, få færrest mulig tvister rundt eventuelle oppsigelser og best mulig forutsetninger for videre drift.   Omstilling- og endringskompetanse er avgjørende for bedrifters konkurranseevne.   Kurset i omstilling/endring gir en bred fremstilling av hvordan man kan oppnå en best mulig omstillings- eller nedbemanningsprosess.
