This course is design for personnel working in the wind industry or related fields, specifically those with responsibilities in wind turbine environments. It is ideal for individuals designated by their employers to conduct or lead advanced rescue operations, where GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ARTR) Standard compliance is crucial for risk mitigation.

The ARTR Standard enhances the participants' previously acquired knowledge and skills from GWO ART, working at heights, and manual handling training. Through comprehensive theoretical and practical sessions, participants will learn to perform injured person rescue operations within wind turbine generators (WTGs) using industry-standard rescue equipment, methods, and techniques.

To enroll, participants must meet the GWO Requirements for Training and possess valid certificates in the following:

- GWO ART - Nacelle, Tower & Basement Rescue Module

- GWO BST Working at Heights

- GWO BST First Aid

- GWO BST Manual Handling

This course ensures that personnel are well-prepared to handle emergency situations in wind turbine settings, thereby enhancing overall safety and operational efficiency.

Note: After completing the ART-R training, the participants receive both a MHR and WAHR certificate.
