De to har hatt 30 års fartstid sammen i og med oppbyggingen av selskapet. I løpet av kort tid oppstår to situasjoner: Halvor får akutt hjerteproblemer på vei hjem fra arbeid og dør kort tid etter. Det kommer videre frem at Jonas sin tilstand de siste månedene har vært holdt skjult, men det blir nå klart at han har hurtig eskalerende demens og ikke er istand til å ta vare på seg selv eller selskapet. Vedtektene og aksjonæravtalen har noen bestemmelser om situasjoner som her oppstår, men er ikke dekkende nå som begge eiere er «ute av bildet». Neste generasjon på begge sider ønsker å «rykke inn» for å overta den veldrevne virksomheten. Et styre må på plass og håndtere både utfordringer og muligheter som står foran selskapet. This course satisfies the requirement set out in Section 7 of the Regulations relating to safety when working in and operating electrical installations – FSE, in order for relevant personnel to be given annual training and instruction within the FSE. The different government regulations draw from FSE as applicable to everyone working with electricity whether you work on ships, platform, or on land. This course is suitable for everyone, no matter what industry you work in. Throughout the course, the focus is on attitudes and the individual's responsibility to comply with the regulations. FSE training is about acquiring knowledge of the regulations, and it is important to understand why we have these regulations. Succeeding in getting the individual to understand the importance of working safely is crucial for ensuring that electrical safety develops in the right direction and that the number of accidents is reduced. The authorities require that training in FSE and first aid in the event of accidents caused by electric current is carried out at least once a year. There should be no more than 12 months between each training. The course contains all first aid theory with a focus on electrical injury as dictated by the regulations. The course also includes training and instruction in first aid with a focus on electrical injury, with the exception of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in which you need practical instruction.  Access period:12 months [-]

Kommunikasjon og samhandling HEA handler om hvordan kommunikasjon mellom mennesker kan fremme helse og sosial utvikling. Empati, respekt og toleranse som grunnleggende verdier for den enkeltes selvfølelse og integritet står sentralt. Du skal kunne ulike kommunikasjonsteknikker og konflikthåndtering. Objektiv observasjon, korrekt tilbakemelding, relevant regelverk om taushetsplikt og personvern inngår også.   Studiebelastning: 140 årstimer Alle læremidlene inngår i kursprisen: Kommunikasjon og samhandling HEA: Nettsider med oppgaver for NooA videregående skole: NooA og Marit Berg, 2022. Målgruppe: Kurset er for deg som ønsker fagbrev innenfor helsefag. Det er laget for voksne som har interesse for å jobbe med mennesker innenfor praktisk pleie, omsorg og miljøarbeid. Arbeidsplasser for helsefagarbeidere er hjemme hos mennesker som trenger hjelp og pleie (hjemmesykepleien), i sykehjem, på sykehus, i rusomsorgen, innen psykisk helse, i opptrenings- og behandlingssentre og i skolen – med barn som trenger ekstra hjelp. Krav til forkunnskaper: Ingen spesielle. Tilbakemeldinger og kursbevis: Hver studieenhet har en innsendingsoppgave som læreren kommenterer og vurderer. Når alle innsendingene er bestått, vil du få tilgang til et elektronisk kursbevis. Kursbeviset har sitt eget symbol som vist i bildet og din egen nettadresse. Eksamen Dette er et av tre kurs som TILSAMMEN forbereder til en skriftlig, tverrfaglig eksamen (HEA3103), 5 timer. Du må selv melde deg opp til eksamen som privatist.
